- Q. What motivated you to apply for the program?

I would like to make a dream come true by working at your company. Your company knows how to make various devices installed into cars. I’m aiming to achieve “Technique for people”. I’m researching about electrothermodynamics power generation and fuel cell as thinking how we can use devices efficiently. The former has a possibility to improve energy efficiency because of declining losses such as cooling loss and exhaust loss. The later could be a new power source that doesn’t take time to recharge. However, to develop and research those things, close cooperation between headquarters and branch offices is required. I really would like to know how you cooperate. Moreover, participating in this program will be an opportunity for me to learn how to solve the problems and to improve “Quality of Life” in each country. 続きを読む

I would like to carry out following things; 1) Knowing about recent automotive industry and thinking about meaning of work in the society through asking several very experienced professionals the reason why they work at BOSCH. 2) Finding what I can do for my future now by discovering the gap between ideal and reality on work. 3) Brushing up my skill as a team player with people who are aiming high goals through the experience in the cross-cultural environment. - Q. How do you see yourself, want to be in the future? What’s the image of your career path?

I’m going to work on improvement losses and development main power resources. After entering the company, I actively keep gaining experiences and won’t stop to think to solve problems. In 5 years, I would like to fly around the world on business and experience other cultures to understand what techniques are required. At the same time, brushing up on my English and learning other languages such as Hindi, Chinese and Spanish so that I will know what they need through communicating in their languages. In 10 years, I’d like to be a specialist of changing losses into power and a team leader. If possible, I’d like to attain a doctor’s degree by 40 because I think fundamental research leads to applied research. . 私の夢である “Technique for people” とは人のためのモノ作りを意味しています。モノ作りは人の役に立つのか、考えていました。そのためオーストラリアで旅や農業を通してなにか発見できないかと思い､行動しました。インターネット､テレビ､トイレ等がない環境でしばらく暮らし､わかったことは自動車がどれだけ私たちの生活を支えているかです。仕事をして生きていくのに自動車は欠かせませんでした､また無くなることのない好奇心は自動車があるおかげで随分と支えられました。モノ作りによって人生が楽しく豊かになることを知って、私も誰かの人生をより明るくしたいと思うようになり､貴社の存在を知りました。様々な国籍の社員が互いの背景を尊重し､意見を重ねていくことで人々の生活の質を向上させる。そして製品は自動車機器に留まらず､多岐に渡って生活を支えていることに大変魅力を感じました。貴社で考えや感情を共有し､生活の質の向上に大きく貢献したいと強く思います。 続きを読む

私は損失改善や主動力の研究開発を進めていきたいです。入社後は積極的に経験を積み､課題解決に対し思考し続けたい。5年後には､仕事で海外を飛び回り､各国でどのような技術が必要とされているのかを文化を学んでいく中で理解していきたいと考えております。さらに深く理解するために現地の言語を用いた会話力を身に着けたいです。10年後には損失を動力に変える専門家かつチームリーダーとして働き､もし可能であれば､40歳までに博士号の取得をしたいと考えています。社会での経験を通じて新たな課題や疑問が生じ､それらの関連する基礎研究を行うことで応用研究に繋がり､広く社会に貢献でき､自身の成長にも繋がると思うからです。その後も引き続き様々な分野の技術を駆使し､環境問題や資源､食物の枯渇に対して､有害物質の無排出､新規再生可能エネルギーの創出や農業の促進等､人のためのモノ作りを全うしたいです。最終目標として私が取り組んできた技術を人々の救済や発展に繋げ､世界中で一人でも多くの人が笑顔で苦難なく暮らせる環境を創出したいです。 続きを読む

The reason why I try to apply for this program is to make myself grow in the foreign country. I like to try the things which I have never experienced. I studied environmental engineering and sustainable energy in my university. To consider the problem of environment or sustainable energy, it is required that we see the target not only at my country but also at all over the world. So I want to know about foreign country. For example, infrastructure, science, culture, and an idea of the person in the country. But I had no experience to work in foreign country, and I had no chance to study abroad because I had not enough money to go abroad. In this program, we need not to pay travel expenses and accommodation. I think this is great chance to me. I want to study operation of engineering, and how to communicate with people all over the world. The experiences that I obtain in this program make me grow. I want to experience engineering operation and communication with foreign people. In this program, we conduct a practical operation in Vietnam. So I want to try to obtain engineering technics and communicate with foreign people positively. My strong point is that I can become good friends with anyone at anytime and anywhere. My English skill may not be enough to communicate with native people fluently but I want to cover my gesture and full of expression. I want to work all over the world as a great engineer. Today, the population of industrially advanced country is decreasing. On the other hand, the population of industrializing country is rapidly increasing. So I think the demand of industrial product is more and more increasing. The engineer should not be in Japan, and should go abroad to produce industrial product. It is the great contribution to developing country. 大学、大学院と陸上競技部に所属。長距離種目を中心に取り組んでいる。 大学4年時は大学院入試と研究をこなしながらも部活動に注力した。時間を確保できないことが多い中、他の部員に協力を募ることで別スケジュールを組んでもらい合同練習を行った。それにより質の高い練習を積み、箱根駅伝予選会では大学時代の中で最も満足のいく結果を出すことができた。 修士では大学が異なることもあり、チームメイトとは１からのスタートとなった。それでも理系大学であるため、練習に参加できる修士の人員を確保することができた。現在は各々が研究で精を出すことを前提として、史上初となる東京工業大学大学院チームとしての箱根駅伝予選会の出場を目標に掲げている。それが実現しつつあるため、学部チームに勝つことも視野に入れて取り組んでいる。 続きを読む

It is possible for me to engage in work related to the car, and chance to experience an internship in a foreign country. Prior to admission to graduate school, I thought about the work related to chemical engineering. However, I thought it would be narrowed my future choices. Therefore, I searched internships in recruitment. I did not take into account foreign capital companies. However, we learned about the car of the engine mechanism after admission to Tokyo Institute of Technology. I had also wanted an opportunity to be engaged in cars because of studying fluid dynamics. Not to be shy in the field of unprofessional, we want to participate to be able to cooperate as a team. My specialty is chemical engineering, so I don’t know what is the development of the system in detail. However, I think most of the students are true, so I believe that there is no need to be reluctant to reason it. Gradually I want to work on the program with the intention regardless of likes and dislikes by field. Because people who have various nationalities or backgrounds will join, I’m looking forward to communicating with them. I’m seeking to engage in a stable supply work for the things that is essential to people. As a graduate school, I entered the energy course which was opened to the people who want to learn various disciplines related to the energy in this fiscal year. In this course, not only the chemical engineering but also I can study the material engineering and the mechanical engineering, the electric engineering needed to engage in the energy industry. So, I felt that I acquired scientific senses because of studying hard as a member of the energy course. I intensively studied the English when I belonged to Tokyo Metropolitan University. And now, I have the opportunity to speak with the foreign students who are enrolled in the laboratory, so I have the motivation that I want to work abroad.
