My strength is my problem-solving skills. As a part-time Japanese retail sales, I have experience in improving sales and operational efficiency of the store. I noticed an increase in the number of international customers, then I came up with a plan to deal with overseas customers promptly. Therefore, I created brochures in English to introduce the store and how to use store points, and shared them with everyone. The reason why I took such action, is to help every staff be able to respond quickly and provide good service to customers, regardless of the attendance of multilingual staff. After that, by using the brochure, we practiced role-playing what we should do when international customers approach. As a result, the efficiency of our operations has improved, attract more customers and our store sales have increased by 10%.
