【学生の人数】1人【面接官の人数】2人【面接官の肩書】HR Manager 【面接の雰囲気】リラックスしている雰囲気です。面接の前に、録画の会社説明会を拝見しました。説明会の感想から面接を始まりました。【アルバイトに関すること】アパレルのアルバイトをしました。アルバイトで、お店の売上改善の解決経験があります。昨年勤務している間に、海外のお客様の数が増えていたことを気づいました。しかし、大幅の売上は伸びませんでした。外国語が対応できるスタッフの数が足りないため、接客の効率が高くないと考えました。海外のお客様に速やかに対応できるように、対策を考えました。そのため、お店の紹介やポイントの利用方法の英語のパンフレットを作成し、全員と共有しました。その後、パンフレットを使いながら、海外の顧客が来る際にすべきことをロールプレイで練習しました。その結果、運営効率が改善されて、集客力の向上により、お店の売上は１０％増加しました。課題解決力を活かせること貴社を貢献したいです。【英語を使う経験ありますか。】回答は以下となります。小学から英語を勉強しています。TOEICはXXX点です。今所属している研究室は、XX国からの方が多いので、日常的に英語でコミュニケーションを取っています。卒論も英語で作成しています。そのほか、私の趣味は海外旅行です。昨年は、友人と一緒に欧州を旅行しました。その時に、英語を活用し、旅を楽しみました。そして、追加で、英語が母国語のある人事との英語でのロールプレイ会話をしました。テーマは特定していませんので、臨機応変に対応していました。特に難しくないですが、でもこのような形は他社ではないなので、ちょっと緊張しました。あとはフィードバックをいただき、英語力をしっかり評価しましたと感じます。【評価されたと感じたポイントや注意したこと】英語力、会社のビジネスモデルへの理解、職種の理解。社内での英語を話す機会が多いため、英語会話のロールプレイしました。

As a part-time Japanese retail sales, I have experience in improving sales and operational efficiency of the store. I noticed an increase in the number of international customers, then I came up with a plan to deal with overseas customers promptly. Therefore, I created brochures in English to introduce the store and how to use store points, and shared them with everyone. The reason why I took such action, is to help every staff be able to respond quickly and provide good service to customers, regardless of the attendance of multilingual staff. After that, by using the brochure, we practiced role-playing what we should do when international customers approach. As a result, the efficiency of our operations has improved, attract more customers and our store sales have increased by 10%.【Please describe your areas for improvements in English】My weakness is that I work for too long time and forget to take a rest. When I was studying for examples, I kept focusing on my studying, and forgot to have meals or take a break. Thus, once upon a time I had stomachache before the test. In order to overcome the weakness, I make strict time management. I make a to-do list in the morning, make sure everything can be finished in time, thus I can take a rest every 3 hours. Taking a rest helps my mind get refreshed and then I can be energetic for the following task. 【評価されたと感じたポイントや注意したこと】選考時間は長いため、ゆっくり話しました。１時間での英語面接＋１時間の日本語面接でした。英語力をしっかり評価しています。
