I worked in an apparel store. And in the store, there were difference in the required abilities between part-time workers and full-time employees. Of course, it was reasonable but I have experienced a failure to provide satisfactory customer service due to my own low skill level. Therefore, I did over 30 role-playing to find points to improve in my customer service. (I didn’t know enough about product, I didn’t make proposals tailored to customer needs) In consequence, I did not only improve my customer service skill, but also contribute to the improvement of consciousness of the store’s other workers because I was most subordinate worker in the store.
