私の強みは「常に責任感をもって、絶対に期待を上回る価値を提供すること」である。学生時代、塾講師のボランティアをしていた。主な内容は、小論文の書き方の指導と添削、学生同士の話し合いでのファシリテーションだった。大学で学んだ知識や語学力を活かしながら、「参加者に信頼され、受験勉強に貢献したい」という想いで取り組んだ。しかし、語学力に差がある生徒たちに指導するのは困難で、課題の成績に大きな差が出てしまった。そこで私は、15人の学生全員の英語力や疑問点をヒアリングし、学生一人一人のレベルにあったフィードバックと教材の制作に重点を置いた。その結果、多くの学生の成績アップに繋がり、活動後のアンケートでは8割以上の学生からまた参加したいという回答を得られた。この経験から、相手の立場に立って考え、「最後まで全力で成し遂げる」という気持ちで取り組むことの大切さを学んだ。 続きを読む

The latest news of my interest is about the increasing popularity of social media in the M&A industry. I heard in the latest news that the social media targeting the sellers, buyers, and advisors from all over Japan who want to buy or sell a business or assist with M&A is getting increasingly accepted. This news tells that the promotion and matching support system is being strengthened and being needed internationally. This type of social media would help to overcome the lack of successors in Japan, where aging population is one of the greatest concerns in the present time and also in the future. Today, Japan is said to be in the midst of the "Great Discontinuation Era," with more than one million companies, or one-third of all small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan, going out of business. I believe that this trend of “M&A Matching Website” could be the key to develop Japanese shrinking economy, especially during the pandemic, as there was a great negative impact service industry.
