I like something new and I have chosen the newest and hardest one from some choices. I can try many times when I face some difficulties. I have been doing research on an antibodies in the laboratory. When I decided the subject of my research, I deliberately selected the cells which has not been studied previously. There were few previous works I shocked refer to, so I needed to ask my colleagues what I should do as much as possible. Next, I started to do the research, but I could not obtain the desirable data which shows high productivity of antibodies. What I obtained was not applicable to the cell culture medium, so I tried to culture the cells with other medium. I am majoring in the biomaterial science in the University. I have studied many topics about biomass, for example, biomass power generation, the fiber which can be obtained from biomass, how microbes degrade biomass in the nature and so on. Through the lectures, the experiments, and the extracurricular trainings, I have felt that we should think more about the environment. In addition, the lectures led me to the conclusion that it was more difficult than I had expected to put the biomass into practice, but it was possible if researchers and politicians in the world cooperated well.
