Q.
Why do you choose recruitment?
-
A.
“People” and “changes” are the two keywords for why I choose recruitment. People: I love dealing with people. Talking to different people, knowing them, and finding out who they are just make me feel excited. Therefore, I consider “being able to deal with people” as a key point when choosing my future career. Recruitment is such a job which deals with lots of people, including both external candidates and internal colleagues (or clients of Hays). Dealing with external candidates means to hire people not merely on their CV (background), but on who they are (personal strength and potential). Dealing with internal colleagues (clients) means to identify what kind of talents they need through communication and negotiation. For a company, “people” are the greatest assets, and recruitment is the process to discover these valuable talents. I am very willing to choose recruitment and stand at the front line of a company. Changes: Recruitment is full of changes because it deals with different people, and changes make me feel challenging and motivated. Besides, recruitment itself also brings about many changes. The right job can change a person’s life, and the right person can change a business. Only through good recruitment can these changes become possible. Therefore, recruiting is obviously the most exciting and impactful job. 続きを読む
