What I emphasize in deciding job placement is: 1. To be able to do work with a global perspective 2. To be able to grow to a person who can produce value within 5 years 3. To be able to cooperate with the team. I do not have much overseas experience, so I dare to select global work and broaden my horizons. Your company is conducting global trading, and when joining I thought that I can always do the work while analyzing the trend of the world economy. Also, when talking with employee Ms. ●●, I listened to her career strategy as a woman and really sympathized with that. Your company has asked that it will be required to become independent in three to four years. I also started to think that I wanted to become independent and be able to produce value that is needed by society by the time returning to work.
