As an individual with a passion for both INFINITI brand and marketing, I am confident that the INFINITI Global Marketing position would be an ideal match for my skills and interests. I am excited about the prospect of utilizing my strengths to contribute to INFINITI’s team efforts to increase brand awareness and find new insights that can make them a more prominent global brand. Growing up in the United States during my elementary school years, I was first introduced to the INFINITI brand by my father, who at the time owned INFINITI QX80. I immediately fell in love with their sleek and bold design, as well as the heart-pounding acceleration and impressive powertrain during the standing start. Despite hearing that the brand's current performance is not as strong, I believe that INFINITI has the potential to become a leading global luxury brand in the future, with the power of marketing. Drawing on my experience, I have discovered my strengths in identifying insights and increasing brand engagement. During my studies, I worked as a student reporter and a writer for a web magazine, where I learned how to plan, interview, and craft content that resonates with readers. These skills are precisely what marketing entails, and I am passionate about developing effective marketing strategies that will elevate the INFINITI brand to a new level of global recognition. Jeromeオリンピック放送機構でのインターンシップにおいて、チーム間での異なる意見や考え方の違いをまとめ、イベントの成功に寄与したことです。所属部署では、「予定通りに放送を円滑に進める」ことを目標に、世界各国から来る放送局の誘導案内、放送ルールや配置の確認に多国籍な上司やチームメンバーと協力して取り組みました。現場での仕事は、メンバーが各自自主的に仕事を見つけて動いていたため、不明確な役割分担が大きな課題でした。各自に「与えられた役割」がないと、仕事の目標や責任が感じられず、モチベーションの低下につながります。そこで、私はメンバーと相談し、自らがリーダーとしてポジション表を作ることを上司に提案しました。各自の適性と希望を踏まえてポジション表を作成し、毎朝15分のチームミーティングで全体の配置とゴールを共有しました。この結果、全ての競技でトラブルを一つも起こすことなく、目標を達成することができました。 続きを読む
